Clinical details:

53 years old diabetic male:

C/O Right sided nasal block - 1 year duration Pain over right eye - 2 months

No h/o bleeding from nose

On examination:

Right eye appears to be prominent and pushed downwards. Ocular movements full. Vision clinically normal.

Nasal cavity:

Right nasal cavity was found to be filled with polypi


CT scan coronal cut of nose and paranasal sinuses showing heterodense lesion involving the nose, maxillary sinus, frontal sinus. Right orbit appears to be eroded. Right eye ball appears to be pushed downwards.
