32 years old female patient came with:

Complaints:

Nasal block left side - 3 months

Head ache - 3 months

No history of bleeding from nose

Anterior rhinoscopy:

Large reddish mass seen occupying left nasal cavity.

Mass was sensitive to touch.

Probe could be passed around the mass except laterally.

Management:

Patient was taken up for endoscopic sinus surgery. Concha bullosa was opened up and was found to be filled with purulent material and polypoidal mucosa. The same was removed.
